THE UTTAR PRADESH MILK ACT,1976
Section 7. Appointment of Milk Commissioner
The State Government shall for purposes of this Act appoint a Milk Commissioner who shall perform the duties and exercise all powers conferred or imposed upon him by or under this Act.
