THE UTTAR PRADESH SRI KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE ACT, 1983
Section 34. Punishment for resistance or obstruction to taking possession of Temple property.
Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 13 or
intentionally causes any resistance or obstructions in the obtaining of
possession of any property by or under the authority of the Board or the Chief
Executive Officer under this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment which
may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
