THE UTTAR PRADESH SRI KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE ACT, 1983

Section 42. Utilisation of existing properties.

All properties and assets belonging to or forming part of the Temple and its endowments immediately before the appointed date shall continue to be utilized for the purpose for which they were being utilized or were intended to be utilized on or after such date. /hr/1
