THE UTTAR PRADESH ELECTRICITY REFORMS ACT, 1999
Section 48. Bar of jurisdiction
No order or proceedings made under this Act shall be appealable except as provided in this Act and no civil court shall have jurisdiction in respect of any matter which the Commission or any other authority is empowered by or under this Act to decide.
