THE UTTAR PRADESH BRICKS (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) ACT, 1990
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement
1.(i) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Bricks (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1990.
(ii) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
(iii) It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 12, 1990.
