Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation Act 1974
Section 28. Protecticon for action taken in good faith
No suit. Prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be against the State Government or the Corporation or the Chairman or the Managing Director or any other member thereof or any employee of the State Government or the Corporation for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or any rule made thereunder.
