Section 72H. Transitory provision of change of name of the Purvanchal University
1[ With effect from the date of commencement of the Uttar Pradesh State Universities (Amendment) Act, 1999 any reference to the Purvanchal University in this Act or any rules, Statutes, Ordinances, statutory instruments, or any other law for the time being in force or in any document or proceeding shall be construed as a reference to Vir Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur.]
