THE UTTAR PRADESH TRAINING COLLEGES (PAYMENT OF SALARIES OF TEACHERS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES) ACT, 1978
Section 7. Approval for posts
No college shall create a new post of teacher or employee except with the previous approval of the director of Education or such other officer as may be empowered in that behalf by the Director.
