THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1995

Section 14. Budget of Council.

14. The Council shall prepare, in such form and at such time, every year as may be prescribed, a budget in respect of the next financial year showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and it shall be submitted, in such form as may be prescribed, to the State Government for its approval.
