THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1995
Section 18. Power to Issue directions.
18. The State Government may issue to the Council such directions as in its opinion, are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purpose of this Act and the Council shall give effect to all such directions.
