Section 37. Filling of the vacancies
All vacancies among the members (other than ex-officio members) of any authority or other body of the University shall be filled as soon as may be convenient by the person or body who appointed, nominated or co-opted the members whose place has become vacant for the remaining term for which he has been appointed or co opted.
