THE UTTAR PRADESH UNIVERSITIES (RE-ENACTMENT AND AMENDMENT) ACT, 1974

Section 24. Insertion of new section 6-A 'Territorial Jurisdiction for Certain purposes'

After section 6 of the Principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely :- "6-A. The powers of the University under section 6 shall with respect to the Extension, Training and Research be exercisable in respect of the area for the time being specified against it in the Schedule."
