THE UTTAR PRADESH UNIVERSITIES (RE-ENACTMENT AND AMENDMENT) ACT, 1974
Section 3. Amendment of title and preamble
In the title of the principal Act, the words "Enacted by the President the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India" shall be omitted, and for the existing preamble, the words "It is hereby enacted as follows shall be substituted.
