Section 8. Amendment of section 17
In section 17 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), for the words "the posts of Registrars. Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars", the words the administrative posts of Registrars. Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars" shall be substituted.
