Section 57. Status of Assets / Liabilities on dissolution / de-recognition
57. All residual assets and properties including permanent endowment fund, general fund or any other fund and the liabilities of the University shall belong to the Sponsoring Body in case of dissolution of the University under any provision mentioned herein above in the Act.
