THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE UNIVERSITIES (VALDATION OF APPOINTMENTS). ACT 1984
Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Universities (Validation of Appointment) Act, 1984.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on August 16, 1984.
