THE UTTAR PRADESH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (RESERVATION IN TEACHER’S CADRE) ACT, 2021
Section 4. Act not to apply in certain cases
The provisions of section 3 shall not apply to :-
(a) A Minority Educational Institution;
(b) The institutions of excellence, research institutions, institutions of national and strategic importance.
