Section 34. Acts and proceedings not to be invalidated by vacancies

34. No act or proceeding of the Board or any authority of the University or any committee constituted under this Act or by regulations shall be invalidate on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in or defect of, in the constitution of such Board, authority or committee of the University.
