THE UTTAR PRADESH DACOITY AFFECTED AREAS ACT, 1983
Section 16. Minimum period of imprisonnmen
Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 14 and 15 or any law for the time being in force the minimum punishment for a scheduled offence shall be imprisonment for three years.
