THE UTTAR PRADESH SPECIAL SECURITY FORCE ACT, 2020
Section 16. Cognizance of offence
No Court shall take cognizance of an offence against any member of the Force with regard to any thing done or any action taken or purporting to have been done or taken in the discharge of his duty except with the prior sanction of the State Government.
