THE UTTAR PRADESH REGULATION OF COLD STORAGES ACT, 1976
Section 21. Licensee not to pledge or deal in the goods in cold storage without the authority of the hier
No licensee shall, except with the written authority of the hirer, pledge or otherwise deal in goods received by him for storage in the cold storage.
