THE UTTAR PRADESH REGULATION OF COLD STORAGES ACT, 1976
Section 39. Cognizance of offence
(1) Every offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable. (2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the first class shall try any such offence.
