THE UTTAR PRADESH RASHTRA VIRODHI TATWA NIWARAN (NIRSAN) ACT, 1982

Section 2. Repeal of U.P. Act No. 1 of 1971

2. On and from the commencement of this Act, the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran Adhiniyam, 1970, shall stand repealed.
