In this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context 3[(a) "Court" means the court of a Munsif, and, where there is no Munsif, the court of Civil Judge having local jurisdiction in the area in which the the storage accommodation is situate;] (b) "owner" includes a mortgagee in possession.
