Section 13. Magistrate's power to Impose enhanced penalties
Notwithstanding anything contained in 2[Section 32 Of if, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898], it shall be lawful for Court of a Magistrate of the first class to pass any sentence authorised by the Act in excess of its powers under the, said section.
