Section 50. Regulations
The Authority may with the previous approval of the State Govern- ment make such regulations as are required to be made under this Act or. the rules framed thereunder and, otherwise, may subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, make regulations generally to carry out the provisions of this Act.
