THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE CEMENT CORPORATION LIMITED (ACQUISITION OF SHARES) ACT, 1992

Section 6. Penalty

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 5 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
