Section 16A. Punishment for obstruction, imposition of penalty, sealing etc.
1 [16-A. Any person who obstructs the entry of a person authorized under section 16 upon any land or building shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
