Section 8. Powers of the Council
(1) To facilities the functions of the Council, the Council may call for any information from any department of the State Government or any authority or any other agency under the State Government.
(2) The Council may call for consultation any officer or functionary of the State Government or any agency or authority, functioning under the State Government.
