Section 15. Act not to be invalidated by infirmity or vacancy etc
No actions or proceedings of the general body or the managing committee of a water users’ association shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of such water users’ association, if minimum quorum as prescribed and the chairperson are present, in the meeting.
