THE UTTAR PRADESH PARTICIPATORY IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT ACT, 2009
Section 45. Protection of acts done in good faith
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be maintained against any employee, office bearer and member of managing committee of a water users' association at any level and Government employees in respect of anything done in good faith or purporting to be done under the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
