THE UTTAR RPADESH AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976
Section 37. Recovery of fee, cost or other sum
Any sum due to the Authority on account of any special loan, betterment fee, charges, other fees, cost of works, penalty or damage under this Act shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
