THE UTTAR RPADESH AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976
Section 55. Delegations of powers.
Subject to any directions of the State Government, the Authority may, by regulation delegate any of its powers, except the power to frame, a plan, to the Chairman or to any other officer of the Authority.
