Section 7. Duties of the Labour Commissioner. -
Subject to the control of the State Government, the [Labour]10 Commissioner shall be responsible for allotment of houses,
realization of their rent, [securing the]11 eviction of person occupying such houses, and all other matters relating to the administration of this Act.
