Section 39. Application of Workmen’s Compensation Act and Rules Act No. VIII, 1923

39. The provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923, and of the rules made thereunder, shall, mutatis mutandis apply to every employee of a shop or commercial establishment.
