THE UNITED PROVINCES CIVIL JUDGES (DESIGNATION) ACT, 1936
Section 1. Short title extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the United Provinces Civil Judges (Designation) Act, 1936.
(2) It extends to the [Uttar Pradesh.]1
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the [State Government]2 may by notification3 in the Gazette appoint in this behalf
