THE UNITED PROVINCES HONORARY MUNSIFS ACT, 1896
Section 4. Power to appoint Honorary Munsifs
The [State Government]1 may, by notification in the [Official Gazette]2, appoint any person to be an Honorary Munsif, and may, in like manner, cancel such appointment.
