Section 3. Incorporation of the University
The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, and the members of the Executive Council, the Court and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in the University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of [King George’s Medical University, Uttar Pradesh]5.
