Section 29. Constituent Colleges
29.(1) Constituent Colleges shall be such as may be named by the Statutes and shall be maintained by the University or by the Government.
(2) The Principal of a Constituent College shall have general control over the staff to the college. He may exercise such other powers as may be prescribed.
