Section 40. Power of State Government to issue directions
40. The State Government may issue such directions from time to time to the Institute on policy matters not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it may deem necessary or expedient for carrying out the purpose of this Act. Such directions shall be complied with by the Institute.
