Section 49. Members and Employees of the Institute to be Public Servant
49. Every member and employee of the Institute, when acting are purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or regulations or orders or directions made or issued there under shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
