THE UTTAR PRADESH COMMISSION FOR MINORITIES ACT, 1994
Section 16. Cognizance of Offence
(1) No Court shall take cognizance of the offences specified in section 15 except on the complaint in writing of the 1[Chairman or a Member] or of an officer of the Commission authorized in this behalf by the Commission.
