Section 12B. Meetings of Gram Panchayat
5[12-B. (1) A Gaon Panchayat shall ordinarily meet for the transaction or business at least once every month but two months shall not intervene between two consecutive meetings : Provided that the date to be appointed for the first meeting of a Gram Panchayat, shall be within thirty days from the date of its constitution.
(2) The meetings of the Gram Panchayat shall be held at such place and in such manner as may be prescribed.]
