DISTRICT PLANNING COMMITEE ACT, 1999
Section 17. - Power of the State Government to assign functions to the committee
The State Government may, by order, assign to the Committee such functions relating to the district planning, coordination and monitoring covering the activities of different departments of the State Government as may be deemed necessary.
