THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE HIGHWAYS AUTHORITY ACT, 2004

Section 9. Executive Committee

There shall be an Executive Committee headed by the ChiefExecutive officer. The Committee shall report to the Governing Council and shall be responsible for such functions and exercise such powers as may be prescribed or assigned to it by the Governing Council.
