Section 12D. Amalgamation of holdings

Amalgamation of holdings. - Two or more tenure-holders may, at any time, before the publication of the revised annual register under sub-section (1) of Section 10, apply to the Consolidation Officer to amalgamate their holdings of like tenure on such terms as may be agreed upon between them.
