Section 51. Instrument not necessary to effect transfer

1[ 51. Instrument not necessary to effect transfer. - Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, no instrument in writing shall be necessary for effecting a transfer of holdings involved in giving effect to a final Consolidation Scheme nor shall any such instrument, if executed, required registration.]
