Section 15. Exclusion of period of limitation
15. In computing the period of limitation for any suit, appeal application or other proceeding for the recovery of a debt (including an application for the execution of a decree passed in such suit, appeal or proceeding), the period during which such proceeding remained barred or stayed under this Chapter shall be excluded.
