SRI HAR PRASAD SHIKSHA NIDHI, BANARAS (CONFIRMATION OF COMPROMISE) (TRANSFER OF PROPERTY) ACT, 1954
Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Sri Har Prasad Shiksha Nidhi, Banaras (Confirmation of Compromise) (Transfer of Property) Act, 1954.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
