SRI HAR PRASAD SHIKSHA NIDHI, BANARAS (CONFIRMATION OF COMPROMISE) (TRANSFER OF PROPERTY) ACT, 1954
Section 5. Orders for bringing this Act into force.
The State Government may, by order published in the official Gazette, make such provision as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the transfer herein made under section 3 and for such incidental and other matters as may be necessary.
